    We are very satisfied with the quality and service provided by Payne Glasses. Thanks to Payne for providing for a second pair due to my mistake with our order on the first pair. The low cost for the finished product (progressive, blue blocker, no scratch, etc.) was a big plus.

    Photo makes the top of the frame appear black, but this frame is solid gold colored. The hinges on this frame do not spring outward on the earpieces, so there is no flex on the temples. Otherwise, I find it to be lightweight and comfortable and a good fit for a petite face (eye size 49). As for the progressive lenses, I adapted immediately and I am pleased with the RX and the coatings that came standard on the glasses. I would order again, despite the lack of a spring hinge. I will just have to be more careful with them, since I am used to some flex.
