• Who is eligible to send referrals?

  Customers who have purchased eyeglasses at Payne Glasses.

• What is a successful referral?

  Once the friend you invite joins Payne Glasses to place an order for Rx glasses and successfully places an order, he or she can be defined as a successful referral.

• My friend has joined Payne and purchased glasses, why didn't I get my rewards?

  Your friend did not click your referral link before joining Payne or making a purchase. He or she needs to finish the whole process through your referral link in the email we sent.

• What are the perks?

  You can get a free coupon code to choose any pair of frames on the website, which includes 1.50 standard lenses and case. Please note that if you choose to upgrade the lenses, there will be an additional charge.

• When do I receive the code?

  10 days after the order is delivered.

• How many times do I have the opportunity to share?

  You can share it with all your friends! Every successful referral brings you a reward.

• Can I share it with anyone?

  Only share with friends who have not joined Payne Glasses.

• When do my free frames code expire?

  Ends in 90 days.

• Is there a reward for sharing anytime?

  Yes.

• How to use your code?

  If you have 3 codes, each of the 3 codes is used for 3 different orders and cannot be combined with other discounts. If an order has more than one pair of glasses, the cheapest one will be used by default.

• If the product is returned or exchanged, can the code still be used?

  If the product is returned or exchanged, the code will automatically become invalid.

• Can a referral be disqualified?

  Yes. We reserve the right to disqualify any referral that does not comply with our referral program rules.
