    For frames that are 12 dollars, I wasn't expecting the best. But I was really proven wrong here. They're really well built, have a good feel on my face. Prescription was also spot on, and even better than my last pair! Absolutely can't beat the price and value, and will be buying from Payne whenever I need a new pair!
